Heh, not quite sure what to think of this, psnps clearly said re be4 5mins but he doesn't need milao's confirmation to restart he can just resign. Milao didn't technically force him not to restart.. so i guess psn should have known to restart even if milao doesn't agree.
There's always something questionable about this guy though, and why is he making up bulls**t saying ps asked at 5:01? I thihnk Milao really should be warned that the next even slightly questionable act he does will end up in dq imo.

Tim looks like an unfair player but in the third game it is psnps's mistake,he should have resigned that game saying RE without asking for RE,Tim couldnt detain it.

Why tim said the game is over 5 minutes. it's 4:47. So 4:47 is before 5th minutes, the map can be restarted. But tim refused. Tim broke the rule. But thing makes more complicated because Fj said gl next round and not complain about this like Patin did. It's hard for admin to judge this case.

It is not the first time and I hate to see more guys being cheated by him..... suppose everyone should read and understand the rule, it is not an excuse that chinese didn't understand the rule well.....

Why we cannot see ding break the rule as he is chinese too??
It is a kind of sportmanship...wonder admin do some punishment which is not just WARNING x n times...

kinda suck to see dirty player like this...

BB can restart the game directly before 5 minute,but if he ask tim, tim sure not agree ( if you dead mm when you kill pig?) ,it's not show that tim out rules. If bb restart game ,but tim not continue , that can prove tim is out rule. bb say gl nest to tim last ,he is a great player.
But tim frequently begin the game after opponent pause the game, it will let others look down on him,so he must correct it.

Of course its tims fault, but is also FJ fault cause of not knowing the rules, they are there for a reason, and every player who is takin part of the tourney AGREES they know the rules when singin up... Same goes for patins case.
But.. anyways, tim's been unfair 2 times in a row, not cool, something should be done.

i think FJ ask re , that mean he knows there is a restart rule, but tim say no on 5:00, not 5:01. It is obvious that tim understands the rule and break it.
